Beige and Rust colored unglazed Bizen Ware tumblers. Bizen Ware or “Bizen-yaki” comes from the city of Bizen in the Okoyama prefecture. Bizen-yaki dates back as early as the Heian Period (794-1185). Bizen was 1 of 6 ancient Japanese kilns, others included Echizen, Seto, Shigaraki, Tamba and Tokoname. Dimensions: 2.5” Dia x 4.75” H
