14 Vintage Coffee Tables That Would Spice Up Your Sitting Room

Drop the Link

Jenna Hochman

Welcome back to another edition of Drop The Link, our series featuring available objects and furniture just waiting to be plucked and placed in your space. Today I've set my intention to find a new-to-me coffee table... I think it has something to do with the prospect of cooler weather and my increasing desire to stay inside, joined by friends with mugs of hot toddies. As you can probably tell, my vision of this gathering is currently more lucid than my hypothetical coffee table. Sometimes you don't know what you're looking for, but you'll know it when you see it.

As things currently stand in my living room (pictured above), a tiled cube courtesy of Ktown Corner Store is holding its own as an end table for coffee table books and decor, but the 4-person seating area calls for a lengthier coffee table to prop up guests' drinks, snacks, as well as the additional living room accoutrement. In my hopes of finding the right piece, I've tracked down 14 cool, distinctive coffee tables that make a statement (and for much-needed surface). Lucky for you, Tenlie has convinced me not to let the tables I've come across wither in my Saved Folders, so I'm sharing the wealth.

Because all the design books and tchotchkes you acquired in the past year need a home.
